We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and order volume.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Returns & 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
We accept return or refund requests for:
- Unopened and unused items in original condition
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Incorrect items received
- Orders that did not meet expectations, subject to review within the 30-day guarantee period
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are intended for food storage and repeated household use, we may refuse returns for:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products that have been heavily used, damaged after delivery, or returned in unsanitary condition
- Returns sent back without prior approval
How to Request a Return
To request a return or refund, please contact us through our Contact page and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) involved
- The reason for your request
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, or once your request is otherwise approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Additional Notes
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect shipment.
We reserve the right to deny return or refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.
